3 months ago I launched Ops Lab with the vision to help entrepreneurs get what they want out of their business.


I’ve worked directly with founders and leadership teams for the majority of my career. Since 2017 I have dedicated my time to:


📈 Scaling the Sales & CX team at a travel tech company.

🏙 Building an advisory firm that serviced the governments of Dubai & Saudi Arabia.

🏘 Optimizing the operations at a prop-tech startup that's empowering anyone to invest in real estate.

💆‍♀️ Managing e-commerce operations for a mindfulness brand.


Founder Challenges


All the founders that I had the opportunity to work with started their businesses with a strong vision. They were pursuing their passion, solving a problem, and wanted to create a life of freedom, possibility, and flexibility. Isn’t that the main reason we all go into business for ourselves?


But along the way I identified reoccurring challenges these founders were facing as their companies grew.

  • They were often overwhelmed with daily tasks and reached a plateau in their capacity to scale their business.

  • They were bogged down working IN their business, executing daily tasks instead of being visionaries and working ON the business.

  • They initially had clarity on their vision and direction, but as the company grew, that vision did not carry forward and was not embodied by their team.
