What To Expect
As an OpsLab Fractional Integrator, you will partner with clients remotely to provide Integrator Services, including:
Participating in quarterly and annual planning meetings, with a focus on improving team health and setting SMART rocks.
Participating in and leading weekly L10 leadership meetings with teams often new to EOS.
Participating in and leading weekly V/I Same Page Meetings, fostering trust and candor.
Holding monthly development and coaching meetings with Leadership Team members.
Completing Company and EOS-related rocks that drive the company forward.
OpsLab Fractional Integrators are contractors responsible for supplying their own office equipment, including laptops, monitors, office supplies, mobile phone, etc. Clients will be assigned based on OpsLabs’ matching process. Travel (at the clients’ expense) may be required for quarterly and annual planning sessions.

About You

Proven Experience: At least 5 years experience as an Integrator for an organization(s) operating on the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework. Experience working directly with an EOS Implementer is considered a significant asset.
EOS Knowledge: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with EOS, including tools like the V/TO, Accountability Chart, and Scorecards.
Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to translate vision into actionable plans, prioritize effectively, and maintain focus on long-term goals.
People Leadership: Skilled in managing and uniting diverse teams, fostering accountability, and cultivating a positive organizational culture.
Detail-Oriented Execution: Strong follow-through, ability to manage complex projects, and commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
